1. Introduction
Welcome to the Mastering Digital Sales Strategies course, hosted by Rekisa eCommerce Solutions ("Rekisa", "we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling in this course or any associated workshops, you ("participant", "you", or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before registering.
2. Enrollment and Payment
- Course Fees: The full course fee is R4997. Individual workshops within the course may be purchased separately at the specified rates. Payment must be completed in full prior to the commencement of the course or workshop.
- Special Offer: If you enroll in the full course (4 courses), you will pay for only 3 courses. This offer is valid only when all four courses are purchased together as a package.
- Discount Code: The discount code SALES10 can be applied at checkout to receive a 10% discount on the course or workshop fee. This code must be entered during the registration process and cannot be applied retroactively.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refund Policy: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the start of the course or workshop are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date are non-refundable.
- Course/Workshop Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Rekisa cancels a course or workshop, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session at no additional cost.
4. Course/Workshop Participation
- Course Delivery: The course will be delivered online through a combination of live sessions and self-paced modules. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to a stable internet connection and appropriate devices to participate.
- Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all live sessions. If a participant is unable to attend, they may access the recorded sessions, but live interaction and Q&A will not be available.
- Certification: A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who successfully complete the entire course. Participation in individual workshops does not qualify for certification unless the full course is completed.
5. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
- Materials Provided: Participants will receive course materials, including SOP Guides, templates, and other resources. These materials are for personal use only and may not be distributed or shared without the express permission of Rekisa.
- Intellectual Property: All content provided during the course or workshops, including but not limited to presentations, guides, templates, and videos, is the intellectual property of Rekisa eCommerce Solutions. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or internal business use only.
6. Code of Conduct
- Professionalism: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally during all course and workshop sessions. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course or workshop without a refund.
- Confidentiality: Participants may have access to proprietary information, including case studies and business strategies. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantee of Results: While the course and workshops are designed to provide you with actionable strategies and insights, Rekisa eCommerce Solutions makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from participating in the course or applying the knowledge gained.
- Limitation of Liability: Rekisa eCommerce Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the course or workshops. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Modifications: Rekisa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email and will take effect immediately upon notification.
